Seek out the Mountains

If you always choose the easy way, asking for the peaceful valleys, you will never see God’s power displayed to enable you to take a mountain. Seek out the mountains, and you will witness God doing things through your life that can be explained only by His mighty presence.  <ExpGod8.3.23> Thank You, Father


Wish I had realized this half a century ago: Let others know your hope for them up front as an encouragement rather than afterward in the form of disappointment.


Pick and choose what you let in and give out. Only the Best.


God’s love indwells the hearts of Believers. Don’t get in its way. Don’t cripple it with the/our self. LET IT HAVE ITS WAY.


Dallas Willard—Grace is God acting in our life to do what we cannot do on our own.


People are more important than efficiency. The Bible doesn’t praise efficiency. The story of Mary and Martha suggests just the opposite. Efficiency is an outpouring of pride--showing our superiority over others. Humility can actually be good training. We need to set our pride aside to allow the Holy Spirit to produce the fruits of the Spirit?  Fruits of the Spirit trump pride in quality.


Try a new person. If they are not Believer-hospitable, shake their dust from yourself and move on.  Love them as a NT neighbor but don’t bond your soul with theirs.

He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.

God's Intended Life for Me

Slowly, consistently, gently, work toward producing a setting which can sustain the life that God intended for me.  Allow His true meaning (physical and emotional) for my life to thrive. Let Prayer and Gratitude survive.  Make them a centerpiece. Stop constantly and consciously surrounding myself with negative memories of my past.  Let God’s intended life for me take hold and grow. Positive , loving , God-Centered Peacefulness and Gentleness .  Let go of all the negative situations I surround myself with. Shun human standards. Meditate and pray, making choices about my actions beforehand to lessen the harshness of my autism. Look to other Christian women as examples. Always be aware of being under His gentle, loving wing. He is our Father and He truly loves us. Never forget, He made us for the purpose of having a relationship with Him.
